You might want to combine stomach crunches, sit-ups, and aerobics exercises in your daily regimen of workouts which must at least be done 2-3 times a week for up to 25 minutes each day. As you combine these tips and practice them, I assure you that your next door neighbor or family members will not be able to recognize you within a month of your doing the program. It is not a smart move because instead of trimming down the fat, your muscles will be eaten away because of lack of appropriate food.
